Warren Falls is one of the best waterfall swimming holes in the entire country and its located at 3919 Vermont Rte 100, in Warren, Vermont.

You can access the falls by driving south on Route 100 from Warren (it’s 3.5 miles south on the right hand side) or north from Granville on Route 100. The parking lot is clearly marked with a sign and ample parking even for busy days. The park is a popular destination, so I recommend visiting during the weekdays to avoid the crowds.

The swimming area is located in the Mad River Valley and features a mossy but beautiful waterfall.

This is a great place to visit year round, the fall foliage is stunning in the fall, during the spring the melting snow off the mountains really brings the waterfall to life, during the winter the frozen falls is a sight to be seen, and during the summer months Warren Falls serves as an incredible swimming spot!

The hike from the parking lot is very short, however I suggest wearing good shoes, the trail gets slippery all year long.

If you plan on swimming don’t jump off the rocks, people get seriously injured every year by doing so. Have fun and be safe!
