We’ll be in the wilderness of Rocky Mountain National Park where there are no roads, cabins, or cell service. You’ll have the opportunity to truly disconnect from urban life and reconnect with nature. Your guide is certified as a Wilderness First Responder, so you’ll be in good hands. This activity lasts about 8 hours and costs $275.00.

We’ll meet at Long’s Peak Trailhead which is roughly a 20 minute drive from Estes Park, Colorado. When you pull into the parking lot you’ll see bathrooms and the Ranger Station on the right. Intensity: Challenging Mileage: 9 miles Elevation gain: 2,600 ft. Trail Time: 6-8 hours *You must be in great physical shape to do this hike. Walking 3 miles a day on flat land will not prepare you for this hike. We climb up 2x the height of the Empire State Building at high altitude. You must be in excellent cardio condition, plus strength train to prepare your legs for the rocky terrain and constant uphill for miles at a time. Features: Alpine lake, views of Long’s Peak, waterfalls, wildlife, wild flowers, rock scramble Description: This is one of the most scenic hikes in all the Rockies. We’ll get an early morning start through the forest and pass by several pristine waterfalls on our way up above tree line. Once above tree line the views will open up in all directions. We won’t rush, but will move at a moderate pace throughout so that you have a chance to really take in the magic of this area. There will be plenty of rest breaks throughout for snacks and photo opportunities.  After booking, you’ll receive an email with details on what time and where to meet, how to prepare for the trek, things to bring, and what you can expect the day of.
