Your tour begins at historic Union Station in beautiful Downtown Denver.  Your Driver/Guide for the day will pick you up in a clean comfortable 12 or 15 passenger Transit Touring Van.  You will head South past the Palmer Divide to beautiful Colorado Springs and Explore the many wonders of the Pikes Peak Region.  Begin by travel up the exciting  Pikes Peak Highway (admission included) to the 14,110 foot  summit of Americas best known mountain while enjoying spectacular mountain scenery and looking for wildlife along the way.  Witness the same views that inspired Katherine Lee Bates to write America the Beautiful in 1893.  Next travel back down to the Historic town of Manitou Springs.  In town you will enjoy lunch and shopping on your own in this quaint Victorian mountain hamlet.   You can  Sample 1000-year-old soda water mineral springs while in town from one of the many fountains or play vintage games at the penny arcade.  Then tour through majestic Garden of the Gods park while surrounded by towering ancient rock formations and grand views of Pikes Peak.  Enjoy a walk down one of the trails through the park and get up close with the beautiful nature and geology.   Stop at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center and tour the museum exhibits.  On your way back to Denver enjoy more scenic views of the mountains and foothills before arriving back at Union Station where it all began. *Please note reaching the summit of Pikes Peak is dependent on road conditions and weather.
