The beautiful rock formations found inside Crystal Lake Cave are literally two million years in the making. The cave system has been described as an underground labyrinth of wondrous mineral formations. The cave tour is a 45 minute guided tour, on flat paved walk ways. Spook Cave Boat Tour
This scenic campground has been providing cave tours since 1955, and remains a popular destination for tourists today. Guided boat tours tell about the discovery and development of the cave. Formations are also pointed out and described. No walking involved; underground, out of the weather always 47°F. These tours are as much fun as they are educational. Grotto Of The Redemption
Often referred to as the 8th wonder of the world. The Grotto of the Redemption is located in West Bend. The Grotto is the world’s most complete man made collection of minerals, fossils, and precious gemstones, and is believed to be the largest grotto in the world. The total value of all the rocks and minerals used in creating the grotto is over 4 million dollars. The grotto is one of the largest tourist attractions in Iowa with over 100,000 visitors annually. Sky Tours
Sky Tours has 9 amazing lines, that will take you 70 feet above ground, on zip lines as long as 1,000 feet. During the tour, you will fly over the beautiful and historical Union Park. Each tour takes about two hours, and includes a bit of hiking from one platform to the next. The tour is open to anyone over the age of 10, who weighs between 70 and 270 lbs.
