This Hidden Paradise Campground You Need On Your Summer Bucket List

Hidden Paradise Campground is located on 80 Acres with 183 RV Sites and 6 Cabin Rentals. Truly the water lovers paradise, Hidden Paradise Campground surrounds Dream Lake, offering “Water Fun” in a designated swimming area within the Quarry highlighting a Floating Trampoline with obstacle course. And a series of lounging devices; along with Swimming of course!

Kayaks are also available for exploring the Flat Rock River, or rent a Paddle Boat to explore the Dream Lake.  Adding to the Paradise is fishing in the Flat Rock River that runs along the North side of the Park.

The Luxury Tugboat – Houseboat floats on an 8 acre private Lake with an Island on 142 Wooded Acres, w 5+miles of hiking trails. Enjoy Lakefront Views, Swimming, Kayaking, SUP boarding, Fishing, Hiking, Exploring, or just relax on your own beach by the fire.

The Magical Tugboat has two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate five guests. The property has one king size bed and another double bed.

The goal of the hosts is to provide guests with a  unique adventure with all the conveniences of home. This Custom Tugboat / Houseboat was brought all the way from Connecticut!

There is a Galley/Kitchen with cooktop, microwave, coffee pot, full-size refrigerator w/ freezer, utensils and everything for your cooking needs. The hosts provide coffee, tea, sugar, flour, condiments(Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo) along with spices and cooking oils.

The main level has a lovely dining area with lake view and kitchen, there is a Double Bed located at the stern of the houseboat. A small full bathroom is also located on the main level of the houseboat with a full shower and flushing toilet. There is a Twin blow up mattress, sheets and blanket located in the drawer below the main level bed for 5th guest.

The pilot house offers 360 degree views of the Lake and Forest. Accessed from a ladder and trap door within the boat or from the outside stairs. There is a comfy seating area that transforms into a California King Bed. Enjoy your coffee or cocktails on a deck overlooking the water with the best views on the property. This is the spot for stargazing, with no light pollution whatsoever.

Don’t Miss The Tubing Adventure Of The Summer

Sitting in a tube floating down river with a cold drink in your hand has got to be some sort of a rites to passage to growing up. Thinking back to my twenties, tubing was always one of my favorite summer activities. At Helen Tubing they have float trips down to a science and provide some of the best tubing adventures available today. Helen Tubing is located at 9917 Hwy 75N in Helen Georgia. This epic tubing adventure takes place on the world famous Chattahoochee River in beautiful Georgia. Trips begin at 9917 Hwy 75N in Helen Georgia, and end downstream at  685 Edelweiss Str. in Helen Georgia. Most float trips last between two and two and a half hours.

The starting location has free parking, a small store with refreshments and souvenirs, restrooms and changing areas. Picnic tables and lockers are also available.

The pick up point has restrooms and changing areas, a large shade pavilion, and a deck with picnic tables.  Wild Hog BBQ is also onsite. After a day on the river this will really hit the spot!

This epic adventure is available as of the summer of 2023 for the Monday-Friday Price of just $14 a tube. The Saturday and Sunday plus holiday price is $18 per tube. River Tubing pricing includes (1) tube, life vest if needed, tether straps to tether / hook tubes together if needed and free shuttle ride to and from Upper Tubing and Lower Tubing locations.

Helen Tubing is open 7 days a week between, May 27th and Labor Day. The last river shuttle to the upper river location is at 4:30 pm. Located at 9917 Hwy 17 N. Helen Georgia from the lower river take out location 685 Edelweiss Str. Helen GA. This only applies to customers who are just entering the river. The shuttle will run until 7 pm for customers who are exiting the river at the end of their trip.
