Located in Lincoln Illinois-I am so excited to share this modern, mysteriously tranquil and peaceful octagon home with you! The home features an inviting foyer, open living/dining concept with a corner gas log fireplace, French doors, and laminate flooring. The main floor features a fully equipped galley kitchen with granite countertops, a comfortable queen bed, fully tiled bathroom, and a large, tiled laundry/mudroom.

Travel up the captivating spiral staircase to an exquisite bright and airy master loft with king bed and soaring cathedral ceilings, three skylights, and a stunning private tiled bath with a double vanity and tiled walk-in shower. We have two Queen inflatable beds and bedding to accommodate additional guests on the main floor.

The property has custom black window treatments throughout, accent lighting on the interior and exterior, three separate decks, a 3+ car attached garage and a custom pergola and fire-pit.

The house is centrally located on a quiet residential street just down the street from Lincoln College and approximately one mile from the historic downtown square. Lincoln is located on Route 66 and is known for being the town that Abraham Lincoln christened with a Watermelon in 1853 as well as the first city named after Abraham Lincoln before his presidency.
