The Muscle Up Marathon is a 2.6-3.2 mile obstacle race, with more then 30 different obstacles throughout. This unique course, is as much challenging as it is fun! Past runners have stated that this race keeps getting better year after year.

You can expect to crawl, climb, run, jump, and even slide your way through this race. While this run will be challenging, the obstacles and the course itself are designed for those of all skill levels.


Whether your looking to test your speed and endurance, or just have some fun with friends, this is the perfect race for you. Each obstacle is built to challenge the runner, however there is also a muscle out option which offers a less strenuous route.

This fun filled race is packed with more then 30 obstacles including: A bridge of tires, an impossible wall, angled monkey bars, the rope ladder, the rope swing, the cargo net climb, the great slide,a tunnel crawl,a suspended rope bridge, a log carry, the tire climb,the atlas stone drop, the rings, hurdles, and much much more!

The race is scheduled to take place Saturday August 26th at 9:00am. With the first heat being the elite division, and the open class starting every 15 minutes thereafter, the last heat begins at 1:45pm. The race day address is 41324 82nd Avenue in Spragueville Iowa. The Muscle Up Marathon takes place on a working farm and is surrounded with natural beauty. The course will take you up and down hills, across creeks, past limestone caves, and you may also see an abundance of wildlife.All participants will receive a custom event tee shirt, a finishers medal, and a drink coupon, but most importantly you get to tell everyone that you completed one of the best obstacle races around.
